REPLACEMENT & UPGRADE NOTES
Ordering A11 as a Replacement.
Older A11 units use a 5V power supply; newer production uses 24V DC. A new wiring board works with both old and new DSP handles, but a new-model DSP must not be run on an old wiring board. Confirm the wiring board and hardware revision before ordering a replacement.

- A11E/A11S share the same system; only the keypad language differs

A11 — Questions to Check Before Ordering.
What is the difference between A11E and A11S?
Operation and system software are the same; language can be switched in the DSP menu. The only difference is the keypad print: A11E is English only (default), A11S adds Chinese on the handle surface.
Can I connect the A11 to my existing wiring?
That must be verified first. Old-model A11 units use a 5V power supply while new models use 24V, and the wiring board generations differ. Check the interface board and hardware revision before ordering.
Which file formats does the A11 read?
The A11 family processes standard G-code files from U disk, plus PLT and DXF formats on the A11 PLUS platform. Confirm your CAM/software output with the manual.
What information should I send before ordering a replacement?
Send the current controller model or label photo, machine type, axis count, and a photo of the existing interface board so compatibility can be checked before quotation.
